If you are unsatisfied with a toy or bondage purchase you purchased from the Pretty Pussycat, just lt us know within 60 days of purchase and we will offer you a full refund.
Please note the Pretty Pussycat only offers the 60 Day Guarantee on one item. In order to qualify you must choose the "60 Day Guarantee" option and fill out the return authorization form. Once the Pretty Pussycat has reviewed and approved your Return Claim we will contact you with further instructions to receive your refund. *Refunds may take up to 14 days for the credit to appear on the account originally purchased from. *A member may only use the 60 Day Guarantee claim one time. *Refunds Claims are evaluated on a case by case basis. *The number of returns permitted is entirely up to the discretion of the Pretty Pussycat.
If you make a return outside of the 30/60 day window, you will not be entitled to a refund or a replacement
